Processor Information
A processor is the logic circuitry that compares, copies, and computes data in response to instructions. Processing power is measured in millions of instructions per second (MIPs).
| Status | Status of the processor can be Normal (OK), Noncritical, or Critical. |
| Connector Name | Name of the device that occupies the processor slot in the system. Click the device name to display capabilities and cache information of the selected device. |
| Processor Brand | The name of the company that manufactures the processor, the external branding CPUID string which may include the processor family, speed and cache characteristics. |
| Processor Version | Model and stepping number of the processor. |
| Current Speed | Actual processor speed in MHz at system boot time. |
| State | A description of the current state of the processor. |
| Core Count | Number of processors integrated onto one chip. |
